Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Flat rate: €4.90
We offer free shipping for orders with a value of €40.00 or more.
Gift vouchers sent by email are delivered free of charge.
Express delivery: €24.00

International deliveries:

Austria: €15.00
Switzerland: €25.00
Gift vouchers sent by email are delivered free of charge.
Express delivery: €40.00 (not available for Switzerland)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–2 business days and to other countries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract. If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction has been issued.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

For collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and provide details of the available collection options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.
